Klingensmith, Kincaid, & Keim CPAs, Inc., a full-service accounting firm, was formed in August, 2006 by Ronald Klingensmith and Cecil Kincaid, Jr.  Mary Thomas Keim joined the firm in August, 2007.  Each partner has over 25 years of experience in accounting-related fields as well as the expertise to help your business succeed.

The firm offers services in financial accounting and auditing, tax planning and preparation, financial planning and investments, and business support services.  The firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as being a member of the peer review section of that organization to ensure that we maintain the highest quality of service.

Ron Klingensmith is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) and is a CPA licensed in California.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ron specializes in Family Wealth Preservation and Tax Planning, and has several securities and insurance licenses.  He is active in several community and nonprofit organizations.

Cecil Kincaid, Jr. is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) and is a CPA licensed in California.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He has extensive experience in public and private accounting, having worked as an auditor for a national accounting firm, and more recently, serving as a Chief Financial Officer for local business and nonprofit organizations.  Cecil specializes in business consulting and support services.  He is active in church governance and is a licensed flight instructor.

Mary Thomas Keim is a graduate of Hastings College with a B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting) and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Ph.D. in Public Policy Administration.  She is a CPA licensed in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She has taught accounting at the University level for many years where one of her research interests was nonprofit accounting.  Mary specializes in auditing and financial accounting and is an active Girl Scout leader.
